Bhavna, originally a Physiotherapist by profession, gave up her career as a Physio due to her passion for numbers and joined the Bank in 2002. Working through various areas of a Bank- customer services, residential and commercial lending, relationship management & credit, Bhavna thoroughly enjoyed her banking career. She joined Ramnnish, who was then Smartline Mortgage Advisor, in 2013 as his Senior Loan writer. Over the years, as the business multiplied, there arose a need for a second Broker in the business. That’s when Bhavna stepped up to become an accredited broker, and that’s how The Lending & Investment hub(TLIH) was born in 2018.

Determined, self-motivated, and highly organised professional, a mother of two handsome boys and a furry pup, a perfectionist at her home and work front, her fan club calls her a “Superwoman”.

Ramnnish started his finance career in 1996. For a long time, he was associated with Finance both overseas & in Australia. After moving to Australia for good in 2008, Ramnnish became a Franchisee of Smartline Mortgage Advisors in 2011. As the business grew, Bhavna joined him as his loan writer in 2013.

As a Mortgage Adviser with Smartline, Ramnnish and his team won many business awards and accolades.

Ramnnish’s knowledge and leadership were desperately needed in TLIH, and hence in 2018 Ramnnish joined TLIH to take it to the next level.

Known for his listening skills and abundance of knowledge of almost anything related to Real estate and Mortgage market, Ramnnish has won the trust of thousands of his clients, and in turn, he respects them for trusting in him.

Hand-picked for the role due to her smile and charming nature and her previous experience in customer service based roles, Pritty joined TLIH with an attitude to help others. She is always there when looked upon for help, by other team members and always enthusiastic about improving the business processes for better customer services. She is now an integral part of our TLIH team.
