Your ID
100 Point's ID for all the applicants – Certified copies of Driving Licence & Passport. If you have Non-Australian Passport then please send a copy of residency VISA
If you are a company director, please provide a copy of ASICS extract, confirming company directorships and shareholding.
It is advised that you check your credit score before applying for any loan. Please request your credit file from https://www.equifax.com.au/. Kindly note that free file may not have your credit score, therefore, please call Equifax and request them to send you a copy of your full report. Or we can extract your credit report for a small fee.
Your earnings
For PAYG Clients
2 Recent pay slips for all the applicants - Latest pay slip not more than two weeks old
PAYG Summary/ Group Certificate for all the applicants.
For Self-employed Clients
Last 2 years personal tax returns
Last 2 years business tax returns with business financials
Last 2 years Notice of Assessment
If you own an investment property
Rental Statements (for the existing rental property)–statements for the last 2 months. – if you already own an existing rental property
Your accounts/loans/debts
Recent statement for any credit card or loan you may have, confirming the credit limit / current balance & monthly repayment (statement should be within last 30 days)
3 months savings account statements (transactions till the date of application) to confirm genuine savings
3 months main bank statements showing your salary credits and day to day transactions (transactions till the date of application)
3 months statement for a Business account showing business transactions (transactions till the date of application)
Are you purchasing a Land or an Established property?
Soft Copy of the Contract of Sale and Plan of Subdivision – full "soft" copy of the booklet handed over by the developer.
Receipt of any deposit made towards the purchase
If buying an investment property -Rental Appraisal Letter from the Real Estate
