TLIH Story

TLIH is an award-winning Mortgage Brokering company with customers all over Australia.

Formed in 2018, TLIH emerged as a new name in the market, but Ramnnish Sharma & Bhavna Sharma were already a very well-known name in Mortgage Brokering Industry, operating as a Smartline Mortgage Advisers franchisee since 2010. Our loyal clientele, business partners and the lender partners welcomed this new initiative, and they were overwhelmed with our decision to launch ourselves under a new banner “The Lending & Investment Hub”.

At TLIH, we have a thorough knowledge of lending products and structures and actively keep up to date with the changing market conditions and the newest policy & product offers. We ensure our customers fully understand the various lending options available to them so that they can make informed decisions.
